Only been taking this product for one month and wow have I noticed a difference in my mood. I was a little bit nervous to take something new for my mood because I’ve taken so many other product before that never worked, but wow this has worked amazing so far. I’m more patient with my kids and my husband haha ! I find I’m not “losing it” as much either which I am beyond grateful for. This past two weeks has been the true tester also as both my 5 & 2 year old are sick with serious flus and let me tell you I wouldn’t have been able to get through this last two weeks without this product.
