Cancellation Policy

Some items in our store may be offered to you as a subscription. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.

Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription, you'll receive repeat deliveries based on the duration and frequency you choose. Your payment details are stored securely, and you'll be charged automatically for each delivery unless you've paid in advance.

You're in full control of your subscription. There are no fees to cancel, and you can do it at any time through your customer portal. The easiest way to get there is through the link in your upcoming renewal email, or by logging into your account directly on our store.

To avoid being charged for your next order, cancel before it processes. You'll receive a reminder email 3 days before your renewal date so you have time to make any changes.

Need a break instead? You can also skip or reschedule an upcoming order right from your customer portal.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order that has already been charged, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@everydaehealth.com. We'll do our best to help, but once an order has been fulfilled and shipped it can no longer be cancelled. Please note that a small processing fee may be retained for orders that have already been charged.
