How long will shipping take?

We work hard to ship your order as quickly as possible. Please note that all timelines refer to business days, and our fulfillment team and couriers do not ship on weekends. If you place an order on a weekend or holiday, it will ship the following business day.

Canada & USA

• Standard Shipping: 2–6 business days

• Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

International

• Most international orders arrive within 7–14 business days, depending on location and customs processing times.

Please allow 1–2 business days for processing before your order ships. While most orders arrive within the estimated timeframe, occasional delays may happen due to high order volumes, weather, or other circumstances outside of our control. For very remote addresses, please allow a few extra days for delivery.

Returns & Refunds

Do you accept returns?

Because our products are consumable, we do not accept physical returns. This helps us maintain the highest standards for safety and hygiene.

What if I’m not happy with my order?

We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to feel good about trying Everydae. If you’ve tried your first order and aren’t completely happy, you can request a refund within 30 days of delivery.

Our happiness guarantee applies to first-time orders only and is limited to one bottle per formula, even if your order included multiple bottles or a multi-month supply.

A $10 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

How do I request a refund?
