Where do you ship?

We currently ship to Canada and to the USA.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer free shipping on orders over $60 to USA and Canada. You can also save on shipping and receive up to 20% off when you subscribe to your favourite formulas.

For one-time purchases $60 and below, your shipping cost will depend on your location and the shipping option you choose. 

How long will shipping take?

While we always will do our best to ship your order ASAP, delays may occur due to a high volume of orders or weather-related issues.

Please also keep in mind that all of these timelines are business days and our fulfillment team and couriers will not be able to ship on weekends. If you order on the weekend, expect the items to be shipped the following business day.

USA

Standard Shipping: 7-10 business days

Canada

Standard Shipping: 3-6 business days

Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days

In the case of very remote addresses, or those in Newfoundland, PEI, and Nova Scotia, please allow a few extra days for shipping.

How can I track my order?

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. 

When your order has shipped, we will email you a tracking link in a shipping confirmation email so you can follow your Everydae purchase along its way to your doorstep.

What is your return policy?

Here at Everydae, we stand behind the quality of our products and the happiness of our customers. If you’re not completely happy with your first order, you can request a refund within 30 days of your first delivery for your first month’s supply.

Refunds are eligible only for first-time orders. If your order includes multiple bottles or a three-month supply, only the first bottle of each formula will qualify for a refund. Additionally, a $10 shipping charge will be deducted from the refund amount. Please email us at hello@everydaehealth.com to initiate an exchange or refund. 

Please note we are unable to issue a refund if it is more than 30 days after your first delivery. Any subsequent subscriptions that have been shipped are not eligible for a refund.
