I was looking for a solution for really bad brain fog a few months pp with my third. I did not experience that with my first two times pp, so I had no idea how to manage it. Found the Mood Support and within a few months it drastically improved. As long as I’m remembering to take them, brain fog WHO?! Also, side note the jar is great to reuse for many things once done with a bottle.
