Once you’ve experienced the depths of PPD, you know that’s a place you never want to be again. I recently had my 3rd baby, and after experiencing PPA with my first baby and PPD with my second, I was relatively desperate to do whatever I could to have a better PP experience. I started taking these after having my second baby and they gave absolutely helped me! I noticed the mood supplement in particular supports me in my most vulnerable,hormonal times. I asked my doctor about switching from my prenatal to this; when he looked at the ingredients he mentioned ashwanghanda in particular is a great add. If you’re looking for a postnatal vitamin rather than continuing a prenatal, I definitely recommend trying this!
